DSGMC to invite heads of various religions

NEW DELHI:Working general secretary of the DSGMC Manjinder Singh Sirsa said a conclave to be held in Constitution Club on February 13 in which Sikh intellectuals and heads of various other religions, including Muslim and Buddhism, would be invited to discuss the celebrations of 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev.

Working general secretary of the DSGMC Manjinder Singh Sirsa said a conclave to be held in Constitution Club on February 13 in which Sikh intellectuals and heads of various other religions, including Muslim and Buddhism, would be invited to discuss the celebrations of 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev.

The celebrations will be held in November this year. Later a seminar will be held in Vigyan Bhawan on this issue. 

Besides India, celebrations will be held in others places in foreign countries where Guru Nanak Dev had visited like  Nepal, Columbo, Baghdad and Tehran.

The function will start from Vigyan Bhawan and conclude at India Gate.
