Man’s body found under mysterious circumstances

Chandigarh, December 29

A body was found under mysterious circumstances at Sector 25 here this morning, while another person was found unconscious nearby.

Sources said the police received information about two persons lying unconscious, following which both were rushed to the GMSH-16 here.

The police said a victim, identified as Ashok Kumar (35), a resident of Naya Gaon, was declared brought dead, while another person, Bains, was admitted to the hospital.

The victim didn’t have any injury marks and the police claimed it to be a case of natural death.

An inquest proceeding has been initiated in this regard at the Sector 11 police station. — TNS
