Kullu, December 15
Kullu Superintendent of Police Padam Chand said Unni James of Kerela was arrested with 411 gram of charas at Ramshila on the Manali-Kullu road here today. He said the accused was coming on a motorcycle and the contraband was recovered from his possession during checking. He said a case under the NDPS Act had been registered and further investigation was in progress. — OC
