Mandi Ahmedgarh, April 22
Local MLA Surjit Singh Dhiman today asked party activists to work in tandem to ensure win of the Congress nominee Dr Amar Singh from the Fatehgarh Sahib constituency.
Along with Dr Amar, Municipal Council president Suraaj Mohammad chaired the meeting.
Dhiman said various development works had been intitiated in the area, including Jandali Road, railway under bridge and sewage treatment plant, among others.
He added that work of proposed railway over bridge on Pohir Road would start soon.
Dr Amar Singh said he would leave no stone unturned to ensure development of the area.
