Mohali: The district on Friday reported 36 fresh cases of Covid taking the tally to 19,214. No new fatality due to the virus took place during the past 24 hours while 38 more patients were cured of the disease. Among the fresh cases, 33 came from Mohali (urban), two from Dhakoli and one from Gharuan. So far, 18,082 patients have been cured in the district. There are 777 active cases. — TNS

Chandigarh: The city on Friday reported 25 fresh cases of Covid and one death, taking the UT case tally to 20,664 and the toll to 332. A total of 33 more patients recovered from the disease in the past 24 hours. — TNS
