Mohali, January 31

A Mohali Court has sent blogger Bhana Sidhu to judicial custody after his 2-Day police remand ended today. Sidhu was arrested on January 29 after a case was registered against Bhana Sidhu and Amna Sidhu for obscenity and criminal intimidation on January 22. A case under Sections 294, 387, and 506 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on the basis of a complaint by Kindervir Singh Badesha, a resident of Malerkotla. He said that Sidhu was trying to threaten and blackmail him.
