Chandigarh Administration urged to implement Apartment Act

Chandigarh, September 11

After the Supreme Court directed the UT Administration to submit a report on the sale of independent floors before the Punjab and Haryana High Court within a week, members of the Property Federation Chandigarh have requested the Administration to implement the Apartment Act in the city.

In a memorandum submitted to the UT Adviser, the federation stated that the Apartment Act should be implemented in the city to give relief to small and medium families. — TNS
