Chandigarh, March 2
A body of a newborn boy was found stuck and pierced through grills in Haryana’s Ajronda village late Friday night after was allegedly thrown over the wall.
The Haryana Police are examining the CCTV footage of the area in hope to find and locate the individuals responsible for the gruesome crime.
Police say "a person threw the newborn over a wall before it got trapped on the spiked fence," reports NDTV.
The body was discovered by local residents in the morning. The body was later carefully removed from the grille and sent to Badshah Khan Civil Hospital in Faridabad for a post-mortem.
Investigations are underway.
