Dalhousie, January 20
As many as 21 disability certificates were issued at a medical camp organised by the Health Department during the ‘Sarkar Gaon Ke Dwar’ programme held at Garnota village in the Bhattiyat Assembly constituency of Chamba district today.
As many as 286 persons were medically examined and free medicines were distributed to them. The Health and AYUSH departments conducted free tests.
Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania, while presiding over the ‘Sarkar Gaon Ke Dwar’ programme, said that people presented 32 grievances and 96 demands. He listened to the problems and resolved most of these on the spot. Also, the Revenue Department resolved 18 land mutation cases and issued four certificates, he added.
