PAU students continue protest

Tribune News Service

Ludhiana, February 19

Students of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) continued their protest against the decision of the authorities to conduct the offline examinations here today.

Both students and authorities are unable to take a decision in this regard. The exams were about to start from February 17 but these have been postponed due to the protest.

While the university has decided to conduct the exams in offline mode, students have been demanding online exams since their classes were also held in online mode.

“After three meetings between the students and the authorities no decision has been taken yet. The authorities are adamant to conduct the offline exams but we want exams in online mode,” said a student. —
