Rlys extends stopping of 18 trains for winter

AMRITSAR: The Railways has further extended the period of cancellation of those trains which were earlier stopped from running keeping in view the foggy weather conditions in North India.

The Railways has further extended the period of cancellation of those trains which were earlier stopped from running keeping in view the foggy weather conditions in North India.

The 12241 Superfast Chandigarh-Amritsar will not run till March 31 and 12242 Superfast Amritsar to Chandigarh will not run till April 1.

14501 Bathinda Express between Bathinda to Jammu Tawi with stoppage at Amritsar will remain off tracks till March 28. 14502 Jammu Tawi-Bathinda Express between Jammu Tawi to Bathinda with stoppage at Amritsar will remain off track till March 29.

22424 Amritsar-Gorakhpur will not operate till March 31 and 22423 Gorakhpur-Amritsar will not function till March 25.

14616 Amritsar to Lalkuan and 14615 Lalkuan to Amritsar will remain off schedule till March 30.

14524 Ambala Cantt to Barauni and 14523 Barauni to Ambala Cantt will not run till March 30 and March 28, respectively.

15707 Katihar-Amritsar and 15708 Amritsar-Katihar will not operate till March 31 and April 3, respectively. The 15209 Saharsa-Amritsar and 15210 Amritsar-Saharsa will not function till March 31 and April 1.

19611 Ajmer-Amritsar and 19614 Amritsar-Ajmer will not function till March 30 and March 31.The 14674 Amritsar-Jay Nagar and 14673 Jay Nagar-Amritsar will not operate till March 31 and April 1.
