Pulwama attack: AFDR expresses condolences

Members of the Association for Democratic Rights (AFDR) have expressed condolences over the death of the CRPF troopers in the Lethpora area of Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. The members said policies of the ruling government were responsible for the painful deaths of the defence personnel.

In a press note issued by the association, AFDR state general secretary prof Jagmohan Singh said, “We express our deepest condolences to the CRPF troopers killed in the terror attack.”

“Instead of solving the Kashmir issue through negotiation, the trend of curbing democracy by continuously deploying a huge number of military and para-military forces and creating violence in Kashmir has led to such a reaction of terrorism there,” added prof Jagmohan Singh.
