Pawan Kumar Bansal, former Union Minster, Moolchand Meena, former MP, and Pardeep Chhabra, president, Congress, Chandigarh unit, attended the function. While addressing the function, Bansal remembered Rajiv Gandhi as a great visionary leader who initiated the IT revolution and catapulted the country among the strong and developed nations of the world. —TNS
