Drunkard booked for harassing two

In a shocking incident, a man has been booked for sexually harassing two women in Patiala, on Sunday. The accused, Gurfik Devgan, is a resident of old Bishan Nagar in Patiala. 

A case has been registered under Sections 354-A and 510 of the Indian Penal Code at Civil Lines Police Station. According to the police, the complainant, Mani Taneja, had gone to a shop near Dukhniwaran Gurudwara Sahib, along with his wife and sister-in-law. The accused was already sitting in the said shop, informed the police. The accused misbehaved with the complainant’s wife and sister-in-law. As per the complainant, the accused was in inebriated when he misbehaved with the two women.
