State Youth Congress president Vikramaditya Singh on Saturday said national skill development centres would be opened in every district of the state to provide training to youth.
Addressing mediapersons at the PWD rest house here, he said a job fest would be organised at Nahan on January 1, 2015.
Vikramaditya said the state government had urged neighbouring states to act tough on drug mafia, which was smuggling the contraband into Himachal.
He said the state government had tightened its noose around the drugs and mining mafia, which was rampant during the BJP regime in the state.
The Youth Congress president said their outfit was working towards winning back the confidence of the youth in the Congress.
