Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Tuesday said that he wanted a fair probe into the 16-year-old school girl rape and murder case and has personally written a letter to the Prime Minister over the issue.
Virbhadra said: “I personally wrote a letter to the Prime Minister to handover the case to the CBI. We want a fair probe into the case.”

He said: I have four daughters and I can understand the pain of victim's parents.”
Meanwhile, the CBI team accompanied by forensic experts today re-examined the body of Suraj, who died in police custody in Kotkhai last week. —With ANI inputs
