MLA for separate BDO office in Palampur

PALAMPUR: Ashish Butail, Congress MLA from Palampur, yesterday asked the government to create a separate office of Block Development Officer at Palampur or shift the BDO office from Bhawarna to Palampur.

PALAMPUR, October 23

Ashish Butail, Congress MLA from Palampur, yesterday asked the government to create a separate office of Block Development Officer at Palampur or shift the BDO office from Bhawarna to Palampur. He said there was sufficient space in the mini secretariat to accommodate it.

Addressing mediapersons here, he said after delimitation of constituencies, there was no BDO office in Palampur and now Palampur is also attached with Bhawarna and Panchrukhi blocks which fall in Sulah and Jaisinghpur. — OC
