Specialised service for researchers launched

JALANDHAR: After taking initiative in term of academic upgradation and modernisation, IKGujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) has launched discovery services for its academic community.

After taking initiative in term of academic upgradation and modernisation, IKGujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) has launched discovery services for its academic community. This service is an online library searching tool that provides all-in-one interface for finding local library items and online subscription to open access resources.

Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof (Dr) Ajay Kumar Sharma launched the service recently. He said, “It’s a proud moment for us that after IITs, IKGPTU had became the first and leading university in the state to provide such specialised service for researchers at its Knowledge Resource Centre”.
