Chosen as the brand ambassador of the Rising Himachal Global Investors’ Meet 2019, Yami Gautam reached Dharamshala recently to attend the two-day summit on November 7 and 8. Hailing from the state and having her roots in Bilaspur, the actress grew up in Chandigarh before moving to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting.The event was graced by the honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Yami welcomed him to the event.
Later sharing a picture with the PM on Instagram, Yami captioned it as, “It was indeed an absolute pleasure welcoming our honourable Prime Minister @narendramodi ji, the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh @jairamthakurhimachal ji and the State Industry Minister #BikramSingh ji to my home state Himachal Pradesh for the Rising Himachal Global Investors’ Meet 2019.”
