Covid-19: 32 fresh cases, one fatality in Chandigarh

Chandigarh: The city on Sunday reported 32 fresh cases of Covid and one death, taking the case tally to 20,718 and toll to 334. A total of 22 patients recovered from the disease in the past 24 hours. — TNS

35 more infected in Mohali district

Mohali: The district reported 35 fresh Covid cases during the past 24 hours, taking the tally to 19,288 till Sunday evening. Meanwhile, no death has been reported in the district till Sunday evening. As many as 36 patients recovered from the virus and were discharged from hospitals. Of the total 35 fresh cases, 26 were from Mohali (Urban), one each from Dera Bassi, Lalru and Kharar and two each from Gharuan, Baur and Dhakoli. — TNS

Only 9 cases in Panchkula district

Panchkula: The district on Sunday reported nine fresh coronavirus cases, taking the tally to 10,454. The Covid toll remained at 147. While 10,145 patients have recovered from the disease so far, 162 cases are still active. — TNS
