Five new Covid cases in Chandigarh

Chandigarh, October 6

The city on Wednesday reported five cases of Covid-19 and no death due to the virus. Two patients were cured of the disease in the past 24 hours.— TNS

2 found infected in Panchkula

Panchkula: The district reported two fresh coronavirus cases on Wednesday, taking the overall tally to 30,741.

The toll remained at 378. While 30,357 people have recovered from the disease so far, six cases are still active. The recovery rate stands at 98.75 per cent. — TNS

No fresh case in Mohali district

Mohali: Two persons recovered from Covid-19 in the district in the past 24 hours, while there was no new case. Of the 68,749 positive cases reported so far, 67,655 patients have recovered. The active case count in the district is 26. The toll stands at 1,068. — TNS
