A tourist from Ambala Cantt and a pilot from Bhatkaral village in Kullu district were killed after their paraglider crashed near the take-off point at Falayn village in Raison in Manali subdivision today.

Kullu SP Gurdev Sharma said that Aditya Sharma (20), a resident of Ambala Cantt, was killed while pilot Kishan Gopal (24) succumbed to injuries at the Regional Hospital, Kullu. He added that Aditya decided to take a tandem flight with the pilot but their paraglider crashed soon after take-off. A case has been registered and investigation is under way.
