Tell us something about your projects.

One major project I have done is Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. I did many cameos in it. I have done a mythological show called Rameela with Ajay Devgn. I have acted in Ayushmann Bhava too.

What kind of roles excite you?

My last project was Ayushmann Bhava, in which I played a spy. It was very interesting. I am open to the idea of playing a negative or grey character.

What are the lessons you have learnt from your journey in the industry so far?

I have learnt that to do justice to a character you need to be disciplined and honest towards your work. If you do so, you can definitely attain success. Besides, one must continue to learn every day.

The entertainment industry is going through a revolutionary phase with the onset of OTT platforms. What is your take?

It’s absolutely amazing that the entertainment industry is extending its hand towards OTT platforms which helps to provide different types of content to viewers. Besides, it’s also an opportunity for an actor, director, producer and everyone to create something appealing for the people.

If not an actor what you would have been and why?

I would have been a producer as I love to create unique content.

The entertainment industry is back on its feet in this new normal. How do you feel about this?

I accept the situation and I believe it’s better to take precautions to ensure a safe and secure environment for all of us to work.
