Ludhiana, June 20

International Day of Yoga was celebrated by Drishti Dr RC Jain Innovative Public School, Narangwal, Ludhiana, with enthusiasm. “Though Covid-19 has locked us all in our houses, yoga has given us strength and determination to fight against the pandemic in a healthy and refreshing way. Our ambassadors have shown their deep interest while performing asanas and meditation,” said the school spokesperson.

The school had always focussed on art-integrated education. Yoga is an art of connecting soul to mind and a journey to the self through the self. Thus, the children feel inner happiness and exercise control on their negative energies through yoga, the spokesperson added.
