Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Punjab Minister for Food, Supplies and Consumers Affairs, along with Mayor Balkar Singh Sandhu, performed the groundbreaking ceremony for a Rs 96-lakh project to develop two parks and a green belt in Maharishi Valmiki Nagar.
