Chandigarh: A socio-political group, Lok Adhikar Lehar, has launched a campaign in Mohali to educate and organise voters for the forthcoming Assembly elections in 2022. Prof Ranjeet Singh Ghuman, former head, Department of Economics, Punjabi University, Patiala, said since 1992, Punjab’s growth rate had always remained below the national average and many other states of India. At present, Punjab was at the 17th position in terms of growth rate. TNS
