Timings of flights changed in winter schedule for city airport

CHANDIGARH: While no new domestic flights are being introduced in the forthcoming winter schedule for the Chandigarh international airport, the timings for many flights have been changed to meet operational requirements.

While no new domestic flights are being introduced in the forthcoming winter schedule for the Chandigarh international airport, the timings for many flights have been changed to meet operational requirements.

The winter schedule will be in force from October 27 to March 28, 2020. It will apply to a total of 36 commercial, domestic and international flights operating to and from Chandigarh.

As far as international flights are concerned, IndiGo 6E56/842 will now arrive here from Dubai at 11 am and depart for Delhi at 11.50 am. The earlier summer timings were 11.20 am and 12.05 pm, respectively.

IndiGo 6E937/55 will now arrive here from Delhi at 2.40 pm and depart for Dubai at 4 pm. The summer timings for this flight were 2.30 pm and 3.45 pm, respectively. There is no change in the timings for Air India AI 188/187, which will arrive here from Sharjah at 2.25 pm and depart for the same destination at 3.35 pm.

The changes in the timings for domestic flights vary from a few minutes to more than an hour.
