Delhi’s Bobbie pockets top honours in racing challenge

Delhi’s rallyist Bobbie Bhogal won the top honours in the final round of 6th Hero Racing OYA Autocross, Motocross and Offroad Challenge today.

In the autocross event, Bobbie Bhogal claimed the first position followed by Jagbir Nirwan. Sanjay Sikand ended his campaign and secured third position. In the open category, Bobbie Bhogal again marched ahead while, Jagbir Nirwan and Sanjay Sikand claimed second and third spots, respectively.

In the diesel category, Arjun Rao notched first spot while Bani Yadav followed him and Suresh Yadav secured third position. While in the novice category, Arjun, Jaggi and Devinder Singh bagged top three positions and in up to 1600CC category, Sanjay Sikand, Bobbie Bhogal and Jagbir Nirwan notched top three spots. In up to 1400 CC category, Samrat Yadav, Parishrut Jhina and Amber Uddasi finished at top three spots while in 4X4 open category, Harpreet Bawa, Suresh Rana and Harvinder Bhola claimed top three spots. In the womens’ category, Bani Yadav and Vaneeta Kang claimed top two spots. In motocross, group A (fastest bikes), VS Naresh stood first, Sohail bagged second spot and local favourite Mohit secured third position. In group B, Sohail Ahmad, VS Naresh and Yash Pawar claimed their share. While in the above 165CC category, VS Naresh, Sohail Ahmad and Grishin K secured top three positions.
