340 take part in passing-out parade at Kharkan Camp

KHARKAN: The ‘dikshant parade’ (passing-out parade) of 54 and 55 batches of Basic Recruit Constables comprising 340 recruits of Rajasthan Police Department was held on Saturday at the Subsidiary Training Centre, Border Security Force, Kharkan Camp in Hoshiarpur.

Kharkan, September 14

The ‘dikshant parade’ (passing-out parade) of 54 and 55 batches of Basic Recruit Constables comprising 340 recruits of Rajasthan Police Department was held on Saturday at the Subsidiary Training Centre, Border Security Force, Kharkan Camp in Hoshiarpur.

The passing out recruit constables were ushered an oath to serve the nation with full dedication. Additional Director General of Police, Community Policing, Jaipur, K Narasimha Rao reviewed the parade as chief guest.

Sanjeev Bhanot, IG , BSF, conducted the visit of the chief guest. He said the recruits had representation from all districts of Rajasthan. They have undergone 36 weeks of tough basic recruit training which includes all syllabus concerned with the state police, that is, introduction of police working system, conduct rules, psychology, criminology, Indian constitution, human rights and gender sensitivity to prepare them for facing all types of situations efficiently.

Rao appreciated the efforts put in by trainers and rewarded the recruit constables who excelled in various fields. The chief guest exhorted the recruit constables to be fully committed to performing their duties so that they could keep nation’s flag flying.

Following recruit constables were awarded with medals for their achievements during the basic training.
