Brother, nephew murder man

AMRITSAR:A man identified as Kabal Singh (40) was allegedly killed by his brother and nephew over a property dispute at Birbal village, falling under the Kamboh police station here.

A man identified as Kabal Singh (40) was allegedly killed by his brother and nephew over a property dispute at Birbal village, falling under the Kamboh police station here. 

The accused were identified as Jatinder Singh and his son, Sulakhan Singh. According to the police, there was a property dispute between them for the past four years. Gurwinder Singh, SHO, Kamboh police station, said today Kabal Singh was going to his agricultural fields when the two accused entered into a quarrel with him. They attacked him with a spade due to which he died on the spot. 

After committing the crime, they went to their house and fled the place along with their families. The deceased was survived by his 14-year-old son and wife. The police have registered a case against the accused under Section 302, IPC, and raids were being conducted to arrest them. The body was handed over to the family after an autopsy.
