DS Ahuja has taken over the charge as director (technical), National Fertilizers Limited (NFL). Prior to this, he was serving as an executive director (technical), NFL.
Ahuja is an engineering graduate with honours in chemical discipline from the department of chemical engineering and technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has been associated with the fertilizer industry in general and the NFL in particular for the past 36 years. Earlier, he has also served as the unit head of the Bathinda unit of the company.
He has a wide experience in commissioning of plants, operation, maintenance, technical services, contracts, general administration and projects. Besides, he also has an experience of successful commissioning of ammonia plants in China.
