After making a refreshed entry back into the IPL season last year, the Rajasthan Royals are back in pink of health for IPL 12. In their new pink jerseys — signifying their Pink City origin, bearing the logo of JK Lakshmi Cement, Rajasthan Royals (RR) is set for a cracking show under the stewardship of captain Ajinkya Rahane.

SCOPE holds programme on corporate governance

SCOPE recently organised 16th training programme on corporate governance with theme on “Effective Directors for Sustainable Competitiveness”. Super speciality hospital inaugurated at Mullana

A 300-bedded super speciality hospital — MM Super Speciality Hospital — was inaugurated at MMDU recently. MM Trust chairman Tarsem Garg said: “The hospital is equipped with the most advanced equipment with India's leading consultants treating the patients at most affordable rates.” Sukhvinder Singh, COO, said the hospital is equipped with 60 intensive care beds and a 30-bedded emergency service. Ambala MP Ratan Lal Kataria was the chief guest on the occasion.

VLCC to strengthen footprint in Punjab

VLCC Healthcare will strengthen its position in Punjab by increasing centres to 21 from the existing 14. “We perceive Punjab as a potential market over the years. The upcoming centres will be at Amritsar, Phagwara, Khanna, Malerkotla, Patiala, Rajpura, Bathinda and Gurdaspur. In addition, we also intend to launch international certifications in Punjab by next year,” said Vandana Luthra, founder, VLCC Group.
