Patiala, June 21
The State Bank of India Officers’ Association today organised a yoga camp to commemorate the International Day of Yoga. Over 250 bank officers participated in the camp.
The camp was organised in the morning at the Administrative Office building of the State Bank of India situated at Sheranwala Gate on the Mall Road, Patiala.
The camp was inaugurated by Nishi Bhatnagar, Deputy General Manager, SBI, Patiala, by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Bhatnagar said: “Yoga is the best fitness regime for our body, heart and mind. It is the best therapy to keep us calm. Nothing else will help us control our mind and heart as yoga does when we are suffering from stress and anxiety”.
Yoga guru Ashok Rana taught some good yoga asanas.
