Counselling for BCom begins on June 30

CHANDIGARH: The counselling schedule for BCom admissions in city colleges and Panjab University’s evening department has been declared.

Chandigarh, June 27

The counselling schedule for BCom admissions in city colleges and Panjab University’s evening department has been declared. The first counselling for BCom course in various city colleges will be held on June 30 at the Panjab University’s law auditorium. On the first day, the counselling will be held for the general pool (outside Chandigarh). The counselling for the UT pool will be held on July 1.

The process will continue till July 3 and counselling for the evening department will also take place on the same day. The schedule for the second counselling will be declared later. The candidates will have to carry original documents along with self-attested copies. They will have to appear in person and pay the fee on the spot as well. The cut-off for general category in the tentative merit list in the UT pool is 115.586 and general pool 115.333. For the evening studies department, the cut-off is 114.2. The final merit list will be displayed tomorrow. As many as 8,697 candidates had registered online against 2,450 seats.
