Smiranjit, Amitkul lead on Day 2

CHANDIGARH:Smiranjit Singh Uppal scored 283 points to lead the Small Bore Free Rifle ISSF Prone (men) event on the second day of the 44th Chandigarh State Shooting Championship at the Patiala Ki Rao Shooting Range, Sector 25, here today.

Smiranjit Singh Uppal scored 283 points to lead the Small Bore Free Rifle ISSF Prone (men) event on the second day of the 44th Chandigarh State Shooting Championship at the Patiala Ki Rao Shooting Range, Sector 25, here today.

In the 50m Small Bore Sports Rifle ISSF Prone (women) Amitkul Sidhu   claimed the lead by scoring 283 points. 

In the 25m Standard Pistol ISSF (men) category, Jashandeep Singh scored 286 points to claimed the top spot, while in the 25m Sports Pistol NR Junior (women) event, Ishmeet Kaur maintained the lead by scoring 272 points. In the 25m Sports Pistol ISSF Junior (men), Pukhraj        scored 280 points to emerge leader. Damandeep Singh scored 382 points to lead the 10m Air rifle -Peep Sight Junior (men), while in the 10m Peep Sight NR (women) event, Munesh (377 points) claimed the lead. — TNS
