Ruckus at Mohali dhaba

An owner of a dhaba at Phase V here accused some car-borne persons of creating ruckus at his eatery and then attempted to kidnap his acquaintance at gunpoint.

In his complaint at the Phase I police station, dhaba owner Sachit Chaudhary stated that some persons came to his shop at 11 pm last night in an Innova car and created ruckus.

“Then one of them pulled out a revolver and threatened to open fire. They also tried to kidnap our acquaintance Vishwehwar Tewari at gunpoint,” alleged Chaudhary.

Chaudhary claimed that one of the miscreants was named Raju Dhillon. The complainant claimed that he, along with his two partners, had come to the dhaba just 10 days ago.

The police said the complainant had given the registration number of their car. The investigation into the case has been launched.
