Chandigarh, November 22
The State Bank of India (SBI) organised town hall meeting across more than 500 centres all over India to understand customers’ grievance and enhance service today. It was an open invitation for customers to participate in the meeting and share their experiences and expectations from the bank.
The Chandigarh Circle also organised town hall meeting at 37 centers, including Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and the City Beautiful.
At the Chandigarh centre, the meeting was held at Panjab University and at Hotel Sahil in Ropar. Rajeev Arora, General Manager (NW-1), addressed the gathering at Ropar and Sanjay Kumar, DGM (CM&CS) addressed participants in Chandigarh.
In their address, the bank officials said, “SBI is committed to achieve excellence in customer service.” Besides providing information about latest products and schemes of the SBI, they focussed on providing digital banking channels like YONO, YONO cash, internet banking, mobile banking, CDM/ recycler and Swayam to the public.
Bank officials also addressed queries of customers on the occasion.
