New Delhi, May 20

Delhi University today announced its admission process for the upcoming academic year.

Officials in the university said the online registration to around 56,000 seats in undergraduate courses slated to begin from May 22 has been made “friendlier” starting from giving refund of fees to desired candidates to making it easy for female aspirants residing in Delhi to get automatically enrolled in BA and BCom programmes in the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board unlike last time when they had to fill separately for the same.

While the closing date for registration is June 12 and the first cut-off list will be announced on June 20. The university has announced few changes in the admission process, like aspirants don’t have to calculate the best four instead just upload the specified scores and it would be for the university to compute it and send it to the respective colleges.

There would be helpdesks with nodal officers from ICICI Bank with which the DU has partnered this time to assist them in making payments on the campus.
