Schoolkids get health tips at mela

NEW DELHI: Promoting good health among children, the Guru Nanak Public School, Rajouri Garden, organised a two-day health mela ending today. The focus was on the benefits of healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.

Promoting good health among children, the Guru Nanak Public School, Rajouri Garden, organised a two-day health mela ending today. The focus was on the benefits of healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. 
During a workshop on the topic "Parenting Adolescents", Dr Megha Sarin from Fortis Hospital gave the tips to handle the teenagers who become very aggressive at times because of hormonal changes.
The event was also marked by other activities such as blood donation camp, yoga, health checkups and fancy dress.
