3-day Kangra Utsav from tomorrow

KANGRA: Kangra Utsav, a three-day cultural event, will be organised by The Promoters, a social and cultural organisation, from September 28 to 30 at the local municipal ground.

Kangra Utsav, a three-day cultural event, will be organised by The Promoters, a social and cultural organisation, from September 28 to 30 at the local municipal ground.

Rakesh Kathuria, president of The Promoters, today said the cultural event and a star night would be inaugurated on September 29 by former Chief Minister PK Dhumal.

He said HPCC chief Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu would be the chief guest on the second day of the event. The function would conclude on September 30 in which Transport, Technical Education and Food and Civil Supplies Minister GS Bali would be the chief guest.
