Additional DA for staff from Jan

The Haryana Government has raised the rate of dearness allowance (DA) admissible to employees, who continue to draw their pay in the pre-revised pay band/ grade according to the Sixth Pay Commission, from 132 per cent to 136 per cent with effect from January 1, 2017.

The Haryana Government has raised the rate of dearness allowance (DA) admissible to employees, who continue to draw their pay in the pre-revised pay band/ grade according to the Sixth Pay Commission, from 132 per cent to 136 per cent with effect from January 1, 2017.

An official spokesman said the additional installment of DA would be paid in cash with the April salary. The DA arrears from January to March would be paid in May, he added

In another notification, the government raised the rate of DA admissible to employees, who continue to draw their pay according to the Fifth Pay Commission, from 245 per cent to 256 per cent with effect from from July 1, 2016, and from 256 per cent to 264 per cent with effect from January 1, 2017. The additional installment of DA would be paid in cash to all such government employees. — TNS
