Shimla, March 22
Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today congratulated Head of Advanced Eye Centre, PGIMER, Chandigarh, Dr Jagat Ram on his appointment as the Director of the institution.
In his congratulatory message, Virbhadra said the appointment of Dr Jagat Ram had brought laurels to the state. He expressed hope that the tenure of Dr Jagat Ram would be glorious and eventful not only for the institution but also for the people of the state. An alumnus of the IGMC, Shimla, renowned ophthalmologist Dr Jagat Ram hails from Sirmaur district. — TNS
