Dehradun, February 6
With a brilliant bowling attack by the Haridwar team, Dehradun team were all out for just 169 runs in their first inning in the ongoing Inter District Cricket League at Maharana Pratap Sports College here today.
Earlier, on first day of the final match of the tournament, Dehradun team won the toss and decided to bat first, but except Samarth Saxena, who made 75 runs, none of the batsman managed to stay longer on the crease. They made 169 runs in 63.5 overs. Rajat Parmar of Haridwar took three wickets, whereas Shivam and Pramod took two wickets each.
In reply, Haridwar also didn’t get a good start and the team lost two early wickets in just 40 runs. Haridwar is still 129 runs behind in the first inning after the end of first day game. Amol and Kunal were still on the crease with 23 and 15 runs respectively. Shakti Singh and Neeraj Dhal were umpires, while Vaibhav Bharadwaj managed the score board. Sunil Chauhan was the match referee.
