Govt committed to providing clean water: Minister

Instructing officials to speed up drinking water projects being carried out in the Dharampur constituency, Sports Minister Dinesh Aggarwal said the quality of work should not be hampered.

Instructing officials to speed up drinking water projects being carried out in the Dharampur constituency, Sports Minister Dinesh Aggarwal said the quality of work should not be hampered.

Reviewing a meeting of Jal Sansthan officials, Aggarwal said those areas which require hand pump, re-boring or water pipelines, should be attended on priority as the government was committed to providing clean drinking water to the public.

The officials concerned informed the minister that the process of laying water pipelines has been completed in areas, including Shivpuri, Banjarawala, Chanchak Chowk, Shanti Vihar, Mayor Vihar and Banjarawala.
