Dehradun, May 17
A forest guard was found dead at the Asan wetland reserve here today.
He has been identified as Subodh Bisht from Pauri Garhwal. He was posted at the forest guard training centre at the Asan wetland in Dehradun.
He went for a stroll on Monday evening but didn’t return. The police sent the body for a postmortem. The police said he, being an alcoholic, could have slipped and fallen in the lake, resulting in his death.—TNS
