Chandigarh: Former Golden Temple Ragi Baldev Singh Wadala along with three others were arrested on Sunday under preventive measures by the Chandigarh Police from outside the Punjab Chief Minister’s residence. Wadala was protesting outside the CM residence following which the police arrived and arrested them. They were later released on bail.— TNS
