Stray dog bites 3-yr-old boy on lips

Mohali: A three-year-old boy sustained serious injuries on his face after being bitten by a stray dog here. The victim, Japdeep Singh, was playing on the premises of the Phase II gurdwara when the incident occurred. The dog bit the child on the lips. Joginder Singh, president of Gurdwara Coordination Committee, said the child was saved by gurdwara officials. After giving first aid, Japdeep was taken to the PGI. TNS
