The Uttarakhand Kranti Dal (Airy) is going to organise “Sankalp Yatra” in Dehradun on October 9.

Jay Prakash Upadhyay, Secretary General, UKD (Airy) said the aim of the rally was to gather public support for the upcoming Assembly elections.

Upadhyay said thousands of workers from all over state would take part in the rally.

He slammed the BJP and the Congress for exploiting the state for own benefits. People of the state had given them sufficient chance for the past 16 years, but there was a need to change and the UKD was the only option, he added.

Sanjay Chettri, Bhagat Singh Rawat and Dharmendra Kaithait were present on the occasion.
