Youth drowns in gurdwara pond

AMBALA: A youth drowned in the pond of Gurdwara Manji Sahib in Ambala City today.

A youth drowned in the pond of Gurdwara Manji Sahib in Ambala City today.

Surjeet (28) of Panjokhra village had come to visit the gurdwara along with his friend Gurpreet. When he entered the pond for bath, he drowned.

Hitesh Yadav, ACP, along with a police team rushed to the spot. Divers were summoned, who took the body out of the pond. The police handed over the body to his relatives after post-mortem.
