LSP-BSP fields Raj Bala Saini from Sonepat

SONEPAT: The Loktantra Suraksha Party (LSP)-Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) alliance announced the candidature of Raj Bala Saini for the Sonepat parliamentary constituency during a party workers’ meeting here on Monday.

Sonepat, April 15

The Loktantra Suraksha Party (LSP)-Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) alliance announced the candidature of Raj Bala Saini for the Sonepat parliamentary constituency during a party workers’ meeting here on Monday. Raj Bala is the state in charge of the LSP’s women cell.

With this, the tie-up has nine out of 10 Lok Sabha seats in the state. The BSP will be contesting seven seats, while the LSP will be fighting the remaining three seats.

The LSP-BSP has fielded Naresh Saran from Ambala, Pankaj Chaudhary from Karnal, Kishan Lal from Rohtak, Ramesh Rao Pilot from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh, Mandhir Mann from Faridabad, Surender Sharma from Hisar, Shashi Saini from Kurukshetra and Janakraj Atwal from Sirsa.

The alliance is yet to name its candidate from Gurugram, which falls in the BSP’s kitty. The candidate would be announced soon, alliance leaders told the media.

Kurukshetra MP and LSP president Raj Kumar Saini alleged political parties had been exploiting the Dalit card to hold on to the power. — OC
